Pinot Grigio Rosato 2008 - San Antonio - Veneto, Italy
Incredibly easy to drink (be careful!). Delicately scented peachy, floral characters on the nose. Juicy, ripe berry fruit fills the palate with good acidity and an off dry finish.
Merlot 2008 - Emiliana - Rapel Valley, Chile
Medium-bodied with soft notes of violets, plums and berries on the palate with vanilla and mocha appearing on the long finish. A fine companion to white meats, pastas and pork.
Cabernet Sauvignon 2007 - Sutter Home - California, USA
This medium-bodied wine provides delicious aromas of fresh red cherries and sweet vanilla with a light, herbal touch. Soft tannins and a toasty wood character support the juicy flavors.
Syrah 2007 - Patriarche - Languedoc, France
Deeply coloured with complex notes of ripe blackberries, a rich and full-bodied palate and a long mouth-filling finish. A touch spice adds to the over-all complexity of this delicious wine.
Sauvignon Blanc 2008 - Emiliana - Bio-Bio, Chile
Fresh aromas of citrus fruits with notes of herbs and minerals. The brisk, lively acidity heightens the pleasingly juicy finish. Goes very well with cold or hot shellfish and fish dishes.
Chenin/Torrontes 2009 - Avanti - San Juan, Argentina
This unique blend produces an elegant, crisp wine. Pale straw yellow in colour with a touch of green, the wine has a fresh aromatic bouquet with hints of citrus fruits.
Macabeo 2008 - Borsao - Campo de Borja, Spain
Pale straw in colour with green hints. Fresh, lightly savoury nose of lemon and fennel. Peachy and cashew nut characters on the palate. A clean, fruity finish.

Garnacha 2007/08 - Borsao - Campo de Borja, Spain
Medium, ruby red in colour. Juicy brambly fruit and fresh redcurrants dominate this generous easy drinking wine. Soft tannins and a hint of spice make an extremely approachable wine.
Chardonnay 2008 - Patriarche - Languedoc, France
Fantastic varietal character, more akin to a Burgundy Chardonnay than an over-oaked New World example. Soft on the palate, medium bodied with good fruit and a clean finish.
