Coffee bar

We use Lavazza coffee beans for our coffee, made freshly in the traditional Italian way. We also have a selection of speciality teas and decaffeinated drinks. Our milk based drinks use semi-skimmed milk as standard.

Espresso - Concentrated coffee beverage brewed by forcing hot water under pressure through finely ground coffee. Short, sharp, to the point. Strong in taste with a rich bronze froth (the crema) on top.

Americano - A style of coffee prepared by adding hot water to espresso, giving a similar flavour but different strengthcreating a longer drink with cream or milk.

Cappuccino - Prepared with espresso, hot milk, and steamed-milk foam. Differing slightly from a caffe latte in that it is prepared with equal amounts of milk, foam and espresso. 

Latte - A latte (from the Italian caffelatte, meaning coffee milk) is a combination of espresso made with more milk than a cappuccino and only a small amount of foam.

Flat White - Espresso made with only hot milk.

Macchiato - Espresso marked with a spoonful of foamed milk.

Mocha - A variant of a cafe latte, is typically one third espresso and two thirds steamed milk, plus a portion of chocolate is added.

Met Iced Coffee - Espresso coffee with cold milk over ice.

Babyccino - A small cup of warm frothes milk with chocolate powder sprinkled on top.

Filter - Regular filter coffe with cream or milk.

Decaffeinated - We offer decaffeinated espresso for all the above apart from the filter coffee.

Flavoured Coffees - Syrups can be added to any of your coffees for an additional 60p. 

Liqueur Coffees - We offer a range of liqueur coffees by addind whiskey, rum or brandy etc.

Twinings Teas
Thomas Twining, opened the first known tea room, at 216 Strand, London, in 1706. It is still operating today. The firm’s logo, created in 1787, is one of the world’s oldest in use.

Earl Grey tea
A tea blend with oil extracted from the rind of the bergamot orange, a fragrant citrus fruit.

Originally blended to compliment the traditional hearty English Breakfast. One of the most popular teas at any time of the day.
